The service

ReplySmith provides an AI-powered tool to help businesses generate replies to customer reviews. The free plan allows 5 reply generations per day. Paid plans offer unlimited generations and additional features.

Acceptable use

• You may use ReplySmith for legitimate business purposes only.
• You may not use the service to generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before posting them.

AI-generated content

ReplySmith uses AI to generate suggested replies. These are suggestions only — you are responsible for the content you post publicly. We are not liable for any replies you post based on AI suggestions.

Payments and cancellations

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Limitation of liability

ReplySmith is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
