ReplySmith ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Business profile data — name, business type, tone preferences, and keywords you save. Stored locally in your browser. We do not store this on our servers.
• Review text — the review content you paste to generate replies. This is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses and is not stored by us.
• Account information — email address when you sign up for a paid plan.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

What we don't do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never display ads.
• We never store the reviews you paste into the tool.

Third-party services

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. Review text is sent to Anthropic for processing under their Privacy Policy. We use Stripe for payment processing.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@replysmith.com.
